Description

On our town's homepage http://hamden.com/ when a user clicks on "Town Departments", from the "Quick Links", the user is redirected to the following URL which displays departments A-L.
http://hamden.com/101/Departments-A-L

That looks good, but departments M-Z are not listed at that specific URL and there is no link to those departments from that specific URL. This is misleading to anyone who has not spent enough time navigating our website or who is not tech savvy. Also, at that specific URL for departments A-L, the following information is displayed:

"The following is a listing of all the departments of Hamden's Municipal Government."

This is misleading because departments M-Z are not at that specific URL and there is no link to them from that specific URL.

Personally, I understand exactly how to navigate to the URL for departments M-Z which is http://hamden.com/472/Departments-M-Z but many users will be confused because there is no link to that URL from http://hamden.com/101/Departments-A-L

To make this reported issue as clear as possible, please follow these steps:

1) Go to http://hamden.com/

2) Click on "Town Departments", from the "Quick Links" (see picture included with this reported issue)

3) You should now be at the following URL: http://hamden.com/101/Departments-A-L

At this specific URL, you should be able to notice there is no link to departments M-Z. There is no way to navigate to http://hamden.com/472/Departments-M-Z from http://hamden.com/101/Departments-A-L

This reported issue isn't trying to say that departments M-Z can't be found. I can very easily find those departments. I'm only trying to explain how inefficiently our website is mapped.

I don't think I can explain this issue any more clearly; however, if it still isn't understood, please let me know.
