How come you close an issue when this hasn't been resolved. Observing is not the same as reaching to the contractor and warning him about the danger that creates when partially blocking a road. This morning was the same.

We had a Police Officer and Inspector stop by yesterday to speak to them directly. We will notify police of the issue again.
