Description

When one side changes from yellow to stop, the traffic coming from the perpendicular sides is instantly changed from red to green. People notoriously run through this light trying to beat the red signal, and if you aren't extremely careful, you will hit a car in the intersection when your light turns green. There needs to be a small delay after one side turns red, before allowing the other side to go green. I have seen this happen with my own hands SEVEN times in the span of 3 months over the summer.
