First visit to the springs was today...the women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting and smelled so bad I couldn’t even stay in there to use the potty. Your non English speaking lifeguards were beyond rude and yelled like army soldiers. Not sure we will be back

Thank you for reporting your concern to the City of North Port. We have contacted the management company, National and State Park Concessions, to discuss. Weekly deep cleans of the restrooms have been scheduled for Saturdays and staff complete cleaning throughout the day. The management team will make sure the restrooms receive additional attention.
There are four bilingual lifeguards on staff and the remainder of the lifeguards speak only English. The bilingual lifeguards are a great value to the facility as many patrons that visit Warm Mineral Springs do not speak English as their first language.
