Description
Garbage cans are always over filled and not bagged properly. When the garbage trucks pick up this trash it is scattered down the street. This complaint is from several neighbors who have had to pick up garbage from this. Garbage trucks need to make sure cans picked up mechanically are done so without throwing trash or dragging it down the street. There is also trash remaining at this address the owner seldom picks up as a result.
