Description

The timing mechanism system in the traffic light is malfunctioning to the point where light will not turn green sometimes for about 5 minutes . This is the light coming to Concord Road from the YMCA. It happens quite a bit that waiting to make that left turn onto Concord the light does not turn and people have to run the light. Be someone needs to check the timer on there because it is simply erratic.
