Vacant Lot is being used as a dumping site by landscape contractors. Over the past several loads of leaves and other yard waste have been dumped on this lot. Vehicles coming and going leaving dirt tracks in the road. Some times a person comes in with a bobcat and moves the trash around and buries a lot of it on the lot.
