Description
The “canyon” space between the Kaiser Mosswood building and the elevated I-580 viaduct is filled with trash and may even have encampment tents in it. It’s an unsanitary health hazard that should not be adjacent to a pediatric medicine facility. 11/21/2019 photo, taken from the west side of Broadway sidewalk over the fence.

They need to come up with plan to rid the city of the epidemic of paint huffing spray, tagging and sticker vandals.
