Non-emergency law enforcement issues (illegal parking and activities, noise ordinance violations, etc.) need to be reported directly to the agency who has jurisdiction in that area. This is fire code violation not a parking problem. Merchandise is being stored in the fire lane and a canteen truck with two large propane tanks is too close to the building.
