Seemingly every warm, or clear day this neighbor is either throwing a party or just playing loud music. The music is so loud that I might as well have the speaker in my yard. In general, they don't do it late at night, but there are some days when I want some reasonably quiet time to work in the yard and enjoy the day.... I wouldn't care if it was once a month, but this is constant, not to mention they either play 95.7 or something that sounds like it's straight out of a bad 80s @#$%. Why must your music be so loud?

I own a condo at Carriage Hill however the residents of 473 Whalley which is NOT a part of the condo complex make it difficult for the residents who live in the back of Carriage Hill. They park in front of fire hydrant, park in all the visitors spaces for Carriage Hill, every mornig you see little blue plastic bags, like drugs were in them. Loud music It is out of hand.

Have this issue all over the city, I suspect. Call NHPD at 946-6316 and ask to make a noise violation complaint. Depending on the day/time of day, they're pretty good about responding to these complaints.
