Description

We live in Spring Ridge on a dead end street with a sewer drop box at the end. However when there is a hard rain or Fulton County opens a fire hydrant, as in the attached, some or most of the water drains down our driveway and not the sewer. We have recently installed a french drain at the foundation (basement) wall to keep water out of the basement, but would like to see if this issue can be fixed at the source. It seems to be getting worse.

I first contacted Roswell on this as a Stormwater/Drainage issue and they responded very quickly. However, they said this was a Transportation Dept issue.
