Description

I'm sure I'm an not the first to bring this up, but the blocking of the box at the intersection of Edward Land Blvd and Rt. 28 is an everyday occurrence during rush hour. On 11/21 at approximately 5:45pm there were 5 consecutive light cycles where cars were in the box blocking traffic from proceeding to Charlestown via the Gilmore Bridge. Is there a plan to reduce or enforce this blockage?
