Try informing the landlord , like i did once , Oh yeah ,The landlord said i had to call the police ..Police came and informed me that this is an issue between you and your landlord and there's nothing they can do

I don't think posting on this site is going to help you, the police for the most people do not monitor this site. I would call the police district manager. If these people see this post you do not how they will react toward you, they will know it is you because you gave your location and your name in the post.
