They have been stroing their trash in the empty lot next door (2000 Parrish St) and now have not even taken their trash out to the sidewalk on trash day. Now others have thrown their trash in the lot too. There was a broken mirror with shards of glass all over the sidewalk for 2 weeks.

no problem, i have found closing and starting a new issue is more effective as this will continue to sink to the bottom of the file..
