Cars parked to go to the Owls Nest Bar on Tour ave often park illegally and block local traffic on Tour ave and Valley St. Extension.

Often times, people run the redlight right at that intersection (taking a left turn on a red) so they can get their drink on. Really? You cant wait a few minutes? Alcoholics!
