Moderator as this is on private property have you called the property management company to report this. It does not appear that they monitor your site. Once you have called the management company maybe you could post what the plan of action is. Please realize that a City doesn't fix private property. After closer inspection, this sign could be found to be on public property. Your public works crews will take care of this. They also handle the recent storm clean up. Public works now has many duties that the lesser departments just cant handle.
