Still the driveway is expanded with no permit in place

Not sure what this has not been inspected, they have added in gravel on the expanse of the driveway in preparations for possible paving. There is no visual permit posted that this has been approved. Why has this not been looked into or addressed?

Don't understand why an inspector hasn't been out to look at it. The driveway has been expanded with no visible permit ever displayed. At the moment it is an eyesore
