The tree branches are hitting the power lines coming into the house! What is the wait here?

I was able to clear a few branches around power but the tree is hitting my house now. My wooden gutters facias are rotting because of debry and they don't get a chance to dry out properly. I originally posted Nov 2019.

I have not received any emails on this mater. This doesn't appear to be the right median to get this issue addressed. Original request date Nov 2019.
