Description

At the top of the I-94 & Outer Drive exit ramp, there are 2 deep potholes which are deep and impossible to avoid when turning right at the light. Pavement is very uneven. Also, at the BASE of the exit ramp, it always floods badly when it rains so you have to enter the exit ramp by staying to the left to avoid the huge puddle while still on the highway.
