Water is still pooling in front of my home and splashing my front door and mail box. I have put in 2 other reports and was told the low spot in the road was going to be patched. But it hasn’t yet. How much damage does my property have to endure for the city to take responsibility for their issues? If it was my property causing the problem I would be fined and expected to fix it right away.
