In the 4 weeks since Rusty nail has opened, there has been an exceptional amount of noise in the apartment. According to New York City ordinances noise cannot exceed 42 decibels. Currently there is a reading in my apartment of 73 decibels, significantly above the allotted amount. Furthermore, the patrons of the bar are seen quite intoxicated and wreaking havoc on the neighborhood. Numerous attempts have been made in contacting 311 to resolve this issue however it has fallen on deaf ears. I have filed noise complaints 25/28 days since their opening.
