LISTEN FOR SNOW ALERTS
When possible, on-street parking bans for emergency purposes are announced on radio/television stations. Please note there is no overnight parking in Natick from October 1st to April 30th of each year. Additionally, no overnight parking is allowed at any municipal parking lot. Vehicles parked illegally or abandoned on roadways are subject to towing at the owner’s expense as well as ticketing by the Police Department. Please remove your car from the street as soon as you are aware of a snow alert. Emergency overnight parking is provided at the municipal lot on Pond Street only.

I'm not saying that a flashing light for snow emergency regulation notification wouldn't be helpful, like they do in Amherst. Just giving you the info that is available. If it snows, that is in effect, blue light or not.

Did you change your address on your vehicle registration that is required by M.G.L.? From my experience, a police officer may have attempted to knock on your door if your local address was on the R.M.V. data. Check with Stone's Auto across the street. He may rent parking spaces.

I've bene here in Natick 4 years and anytime it snows no cars on the street is the best rule to avoid a tow truck.

It’s funny some people are towed and some people are not. My neighbor up the street has always parked their cars on the street 365 days a year and the plows just swing around them when plowing. It all comes down to who you’re connected to in town.
