Can you please confirm that the vehicle is unattended (parked) and not making an active delivery of some kind?

It could be making a delivery, but it's still not right to block someone's driveway. It's parked and my driveway is unaccessible

If the vehicle is actively unloading and able to be moved if need be, we would not ticket them. Additionally, it's likely that by the time we arrive they will have left. Otherwise, if the vehicle is truly parked and preventing access to your driveway, the vehicle would be put in for a tow order by the Malden Police, but once again, that's not immediate so is intended for vehicles truly parked and blocking access to a driveway.
