Description
There’s a large coil of cable hanging 2 – 3 feet above the ground on a utility pole on the northwest corner at the intersection of Chambers and Larbrook that tends to obscure a driver’s vision when heading south on Chambers and looking west. Could it be raised higher on the pole?
