Please clear the snow from the bike lane. There are numerous sections where the lane is completely or substantially covered with snow, especially around and south of the intersections with South and Walker streets.

Please explain how. They're are still dangerous sections of the bike lane. I have been forced to ride in the auto lane for fear of hitting an ice patch or block of snow/ice.

The bike lane is not a sidewalk. The DPW has refused to properly clear the snow or even respond in any manner to this issue. This should be left open until the DPW takes the appropriate actions to clear snow from the bike lane to permit safe travel.

The issue is resolved. We will leave ticket open until winter season is over. Thank you!

Again, the issue is not resolved. Leaving the snow to melt naturally and creating large banks of snow in the lane is not a resolution.

This issue is still not resolved. The DPW has not properly maintained the bike lane.

We have taken your concerns and are handling it. When snow season comes, we will see how plowing is handled. The ticket is closed.

We have stated numerous times. We have are looking at this issue and will look at it come the snow season. If the issue happens again, we will take care of it. Please stop opening an the ticket. We do not want to suspend any account. Thank you!

Suspend if you want. The only response that has come from the DPW has been word and no action. Saying that you'll look into it doesn't fix anything. Once the snow comes this year and you can clear the bike lane the issue will be resolved and the issue can be closed. This has been said ad nauseum. The DPWs handling of this issue has shown that you don't take residents' concerns seriously.

I sincerely hope that the DPW has resolved this and I do not have to open a new ticket. I am dreading another winter of having to choose between crashing into a snow/ice bank or riding in the middle of the auto lane.
