Its not just teenagers... its people of all ages doing stupid things like talking or texting on cell phones and not obeying traffic laws. Perhaps a camera will work, but I think that nothing will change until there is a city-wide crack down on speeding, texting, and not following traffic laws. Its about time that city officials took action on this overall issue.
