Description
Last night at 9 PM the parking lot of Tony‘s meat market was full and the street parking between 5th St., South and fourth Street south on 13th Ave., South was full. This is because there’s activities going on in that plaza. I think we’d all like someone at zoning to answer our question: how can they now open up a bar with a capacity of 72 people and zoning claims there’s sufficient parking? There’s obviously not even any parking left for the businesses already existing. Please don’t ignore this question we have every right to know the answer to this! I think we’d all like to see the statute and the laws that zoning is using to permit a minimum of 72 more cars to be parked in a parking lot that holds 10 cars and has five other businesses already?
