@ Mark - I'm glad to find a fellow resident who is interested in this. I've actually been in contact with Yvette Clark's office and very preliminary plans for a BID are underway on Nostrand. Real estate broker Barbara Alan-Smith is taking up the project but they are really looking for some locals to help out.
