Flores was at South Central it was taken care of, since he left the encampment continues to grow and no one is doing anything about it. How embarrassing to have guests for Thanksgiving stare in amazement that Midtown residents are forced to live among that filth. You are right, they just don't care because they don't live here. They destroyed Gray by adding a bike lane weeks ago and I have yet to see one cyclist riding a bike in the lane yet traffic is squeezed into two lanes now.
