Description

Water is running out of the pipe on the curb and rolling downstream continuously which is causing major ice build-up at the curb of my garage. Due to the inclement weather and the structure of houses (all street parking with the exception of two garage parking) the water is rising in front of these garages cause ice to build up.

This is dangerous for the pedestrians and makes it difficult to enter into garage safely. Contacted water department and L&I however, the water continues to run affecting primarily my neighbor and myself.

HELP!!!!!
