Description
Cars parking on the north side of Chase Street where Chase Street connects with Barrett Street often block cars from turning on to Chase from Barrett. This occurs only around the small triangle park and when there are vehicles on Chase Street trying to turn on to Barrett. Neck is too narrow for two way traffic and parked cars. Recommend a NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER sign at least the same distance as prescribed for intersection stop signs?
