Description

Before Mayor Berry took over, the area under the Railrunner pass behind 121 Tijeras next to the Convention Center was kept clean. Homeless people live in the area (that's fine) but they have no place to throw their trash, use the restroom, etc. so they use the walkway under the bridge. Too many folks who ride the Railrunner, people who work nearby and possible tourists see this mess.
