I know this was posted 5 months ago and it's not snowing anymore. But whom ever owns the property behind the sidewalk either being commerical or residential is repsonsible for clearing the sidewalks. I think they need to be cleared within 8 hours after it has stopped snowing. With the amount of snow we had this season people have just plum run out of places to put it...
