I have never understood who pays to pick up school garbage. I guess the taxpayer ultimately. I see the city doing it for private schools, and doing snow removal too. Some charter schools though have to get dumpsters and carters. Its never made sense to me. When Paul of the Cross was a parochial school on Sherman Ave, the city did their trash, and food was in a dumpster I think. After it was a charter, two permanent dumpsters appeared for food and cardboard. The city still picked up bagged garbage and litter. The city no longer took care of snow. Its a mystery.

It's a good question. I guess I assumed - possibly erroneously - that the city was responsible. I will research.

As others have noted there needs to be two additional trashcans on this corner and more regular pickup
