I tripped and injured myself pretty badly on the post. From the issue history, I can see this was reported over 5 months ago and still hasn’t been resolved. Who is responsible for this?

Thank you for submitting this issue. Our office will review the information provided and conduct a field investigation as needed. Please keep in mind do to COVID-19 our work time frame has changed so please allow four to eight weeks in order for our Department to complete the investigation. The issue will be updated once the investigation has been completed.
