Here we go again! Another winter storm and not plowed. What are we paying taxes for? Let's remember Neptune has the money to put an $11 million dollar pool in the high school, but not to buy plowing equipment to help residents get their streets plowed. What the Neptune Board needs to do is get their act together and know what priority is. This is a miserable town to live in.
