I wanted to affirm that this is still an issue at 5:45 am. People are running the red light after waiting for minutes, sometimes driving around other people who continue to wait. It is a dangerous situation.

This is still a daily issue and has been since the end of November. Please address it before someone gets hurt running a red light in heavy rain at 5:30 in the morning.

What JD said... right now motorists have two choices... wait all night or run the light. Not a good situation. Since it's two weeks since the initial report, it would be nice to get some kind of progress report at the very least.

Appears to still be malfunctioning. Light still does not trigger for left turns overnight, and appears to not trigger for cars coming off of the interstate.

See this almost every morning around 6:30. Also see people running the light on a regular basis. The other day there were at least six cars lined up, and a car came speeding around us in the lanes for oncoming traffic.

I still haven't noticed a difference at 3:30 a.m. since they said it worked off of a camera sensor I tried the far left turn lane one day and then the outside turn lane the next. It never triggered after 3 minutes, so I treated it like a 4-way, as I have ever since, although I don't wait three minutes anymore.

I am there between 5:50 and 5:55 every morning and I haven’t noticed it being any better either. I just can’t bring myself to treat it like a 4 way stop so I drive through the intersection and turn around at the gas station just past the light. So annoying!

I still haven't seen it trigger yet since I reported it 60 days ago. I'm usually coming through at 330-4 a.m.

On 2/12/2020, maintenance technicians found a faulty program keeping the left turn from being serviced under certain circumstances. The technicians contacted Traffic Engineering to check the programming. It was found the program was adjusted by a GDOT timing contractor with incorrect data. Engineering corrected the program and the intersection should now be operating properly. Maintenance will continue to monitor the intersection on a frequent basis for further problems.

It seems to have worked the past two nights. Thanks for addressing it.
