Description

The schwartz building at 600- 606 congress st has a large advertisement for a marijuana business that stretches across all of its windows. Given that the city has not awarded any permits to run a marijuana business it is in clear violation of the long standing state laws that prohibit off premise advertising. Just because the advertisements are hiding the construction (which has occurred off and on for 10 years) does not make it okay. I hope the city will consider their willfull violation of state law when they apply for a permit.
