Description

I waited at the light to turn left from Lance onto Guerneville Road going East for 10 minutes and it did not turn green. It turned green for the turn lanes onto Lance from Guerneville and Straight on Gureneville Road but the line of cars on Lance did not get a green light for 10 minutes. This happens all the time it finally changed when a pedestrian hit the crossing to go acrossed Guerneville Road.
