Description

Water has been leaking from a manhole cover on the corner of Crawford St & Scotts Ln (3409 Crawford St). This has been going on for over a week, the water running across and down the sidewalk freezes as the temperature drops creating an ice hazard for those who need to walk the sidewalk.

Although this issue was closed today by philly311, the water continues to leak out from a water dept manhole, running down the sidewalk and freezing at night, causing a pedestrian hazard. Please have this resolved before closing out.

All the water seen in this photo freezes at night creating a hazard. The flow of water has been going on since before Christmas.
