Description

The dumpster in front of 57 Otis Street is overflowing with garbage. The permit holder is allowing debris to pile up on the sidewalk and surrounding area (see photo). The overflowing dumpster is no longer just an eyesore; it has created a rat problem, and it should be addressed by the city before it gets any worse.
