He lives at 368 Hudson Ave. He was caught dumping in Washington Park last week.

This is very strange, but he resembles a man I saw stuffing a white bag of household garbage into the trash recepticles in Hudson Jay Park in the fall. I watched him walk up Hudson and turn right. He appeared to enter a house on the north side of Dove between Hudson & Jay. It's hard to be certain of identity because of the hood. He was wearing a baseball cap when I observed him. Perhaps the park sidewalks haven't been plowed and the lot is closer? Truly disgusting behavior.

So Do you know where he lives and you know he’s throwing trash in Washington Park has anyone contacted the authorities in regards to this man?

The police made him pick up the large amount of trash he had dumped in the park and take it home. There is a huge pile now under the snow at his house at the curb. I stated his address above. I know who he is too. I will check the lot tomorrow and report him to the police.
