Description

Park. Water along the curb seems to be a perpetual thing. Location is east side of Platt in crosswalk leading to be bad drainage, maybe water always running somewhere nearby. it was icy this morning and extended into the road a bit. "Flood" may not be the best description, but closest on seeclickfix.
