Since the city (DPW) grants hauling permission and restricts pickup times, shouldn't they be involved?

By the time you called the police, the truck would be gone anyway, that’s not a good suggestion albeit it is a suggestion. I would suggest you call Gauthier’s yourself since expecting the government to do anything is wishful thinking.

Per the Assistant Director of Right of Way:
#102 Park St. is not on the early pickup request. I am assuming that is the address they are picking up at, or is it the address of the residence making the complaint? Let me know and I will call Gauthier.
