Description

The company at the corner of Filbert and 24th, Nybll, has large trucks delivering to them frequently that block the entire roadway and make it inaccessible for those living there. Today, delivery vehicles for two different companies at each end of the Filbert st block between Grand Ave and 24th were blocking the road and were unwilling to move. Nobody on this block was able to go either in or out.
