My Landlord is a great guy! He always gets right on things. It is an entitlement issue with these two they believe that they are above everyone else and act like they are better then us when we are all human. They wrote us a letter on our third day when we lived there over our trash we didn't know where to put it we thought it went to the curb no one told us there was a dumpster. I put a bag out after thanksgiving and they wrote us a letter threatening us with the board of health because I had a bag on my back stoop waiting to go to the curb and signed the letter management. I showed it to my landlord and he was appalled and apologetic and told me that the dumpster was not only or the sandwich shop but ours to use as well. We had no other problems until last week when my wife was walking from getting soup from the sandwich shop and a bag came flying down and the contents that were wet splashed all over her. It stank so bad that we had to get the coat dry cleaned and it was only a minuscule bit but it still stank to high heaven. I just wanted them to see this so they know we are tired of it and they need to be more human and take care of these issues before I go the next level.
