Some people came out about a month ago and changed the sequence and timing of lights for the Pio Nono/Pierce/Vineville/Stanislaus intersection. The main issue is the light on Pio Nono and Pierce. It stays green for a long time after there are no cars entering the intersection. Then it quickly turns yellow, then red which results in several cars running the red light putting others in danger, including a family with two children that happened today.
