I know of a young lady who died on that curve and several who landed in the ICU, flying off that curve into the ditch. The speed limit is way too high, and need to be reduced with enforcement. Speed camera's are a good idea, and I bet they would pay for themselves in a matter of days.

I have been commuting to and from work with my wife through this area day in and day out for over 12 years. I'm quite sure we've never come close to having an accident due to speed, and that I'm not driving 25 mph. No, I'm not Mario Andretti, but I'm also not Grandma Moses either. Chester County, whether you like it or not, is getting crowded - and roads need to be built to handle the traffic that they're being subjected to. So long as this county keeps maintaining narrow roads with no shoulders, limited visibility, and few alternate routes, there are going to be people who want to get home without having to crawl.
Maybe you should be doing a better job of actually doing something like getting the government to build appropriate roads or limiting the rampant development, instead of whining!

Simply the nature of 'country' roads. I don't mind the bend or that you can't see around it. Honestly a better use of tie would be training drivers better so they learn how to use and navigate our roads.
