Description

This house has not had any maintainance in over 10 yrs. The paint is peeling or completely gone on all the wood and iron work on the front porch, the gutters have small trees growing from them and there is a small forest of kudzu growing up the right hand side of the roof. There is also a small shed in the rear that is falling down. Now there is a realty agency sign in the front yard. This is an eyesore for the whole neighborhood. The only thing that is done is the grass is cut and I'm afraid that will stop now that there is a realty ageny involved.
