Description

The city will be building a new intersection here, to allow drivers to zip into the 360 State development without having to make a U-turn.

However, there will be no crosswalk for pedestrians, even though 360 State will have 1,000 residents, and the State Street Station (and its thousands of pedestrians per day) is right across the street! There will also be no bike lanes.

This according to http://downtownnewhaven.blogspot.com/2008/04/500-unit-shartenberg-mixed-use.html

Can this be fixed before the new intersection is installed?
